Move tickets, make profits! KanBanJam is a Jira-inspired strategy game made during Ludum Dare 50.
Become the manager of a fantastic Kanban board. Assign tasks to your team, implement new features to your product, and avoid upsetting our customers by leaving too many bugs hanging.
Use your mouse to move tickets around the board. Simply drag a ticket from the backlog to the todo column to nudge your team to start working on the task at hand.
Keep an eye out for tickets that are bugs, if you don’t fix them quickly enough, your users will get upset (which is bad for business). At the same time, also make sure to implement new features to delight your users (which conversely, is good for business).

I am considering making a game that look like kanban board and i find this game during my research. The game concept is interesting and the gameplay is straightforward. As the game progress, it reminds me the horror of my own job. Just a small advice : Maybe add a clearer goal for the game might be better. Like how many money is the product in the game earning which might encourage player to prioritize tasks instead of just drag them without too much planning
